On Friday, 21 March 2014 an enlightening and stimulating workshop on Life Skills Education, focusing especially on ‘Conflict Management’, was organised at D.A.V. Dwarka, Sector 6. It was a component of the ongoing ‘Erudition’ – Guest Lecture Series. The resource persons were Mr. Anil Kumar, Mr. Ankur Aggarwal and Ms. Suman Singh from Acamor Leadership Academy conducted it. The workshop emphasized on developing and enhancing attributes like patience, understanding, empathy, tolerance and compassion for a stress free and healthy environment in the school, conducive for productive and effective working . Activities were organized to sensitise the teachers taking responsibility for their own actions would go a long way in enhancing their personal and professional growth.
